Terms and Conditions for Visits
By booking with Creature Connections, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note that all prices are GST inclusive (not currently GST registered). Should the facility fail to adhere to these terms, Creature Connections reserves the right to immediately cancel the visit and retain or require full payment.
Environment: The facility shall provide a suitable and safe venue for animal interactions. Please ensure the area is free of food and any environmental hazards at the time of the visit.
Supervision: The facility must provide adequate staff to maintain primary responsibility for the management and behavior of residents/students. This ensures the safety and wellbeing of the animals, Creature Connections staff and residents/students, and includes assisting with the handling or moving of animals if required.
Health and Safety: The facility must notify Creature Connections prior to the visit of any residents/students with known animal phobias, allergies, or relevant medical conditions.
Liability: While every precaution is taken and animals are assessed for temperament, the facility acknowledges that animals can be unpredictable. Creature Connections is not liable for any harm or damage to persons or property. The facility agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff during the session.
Cancellations: Acceptance of a quote or confirmation of a booking constitutes a formal booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total booking cost, at the discretion of Creature Connections.
